Who really benefits from DNA testing in child support cases?

DNA testing was designed to determin who dad really was however, in today's world this kind of testing have no merit, in the eye's of judges and lawyer's. Think about it this way, if a women decides not to be a mother, shes allowed to opt out of her responsibility...(with no questions asked)...Must be nice to be a women, and they claim they are the ones, getting the raw deal in life!
Anyway women have the best of both worlds going for them, don't want to be a mother?.1.Drop your resposibility off at any church, fire or police station in any town, just walk away and get on with your life.(nothing coming out of that purse) 2. To hard being a mom?..(have an abortion)..who cares what the father, or anyone else thinks! As long as she doesn't have to pay for anything, a women is in heaven. Thats the bottom line here, it's all about the Dollar bill's.

DNA testing must be at birth, this will do away with all the madness, of who the father is or isn't. If the father isn't available at birth, the baby isn't allowed to go home with the mother until he shows..Now in the event he just can't be found or, the mother just won't say who he is, she should be made to be the sole provider for the kid under the law..(with no help from any man she meets)...Lastly mandatory 50-50 dual custody, when men and women break up who have kid's. She has the kid's half the time she pays her half, he has the kid's half the time, he pays his half...(neither of them get any money from each other)..Do that and all the greed will disapear over night. Guy's it's simple just stay away from the baby mama's or, get the old snip-snip and you won't have to worry about DNA testing..They don't matter in court anyway, your going to be the father, weather you like it or not. It really hurts when you find out, the kid isn't yours!

Black athlete's get no respect!

While attending a music/film festival in sunny San Diego, i came across a news story on one of the local channel's..(7-39)..The story was about a pro football player, by the name of Chris Henry. Apparently he fell from the back of a pickup truck and, is now fighting for his life with major head injury's, in a local hospital. May Allah bless him and his family, all my prayers go out to him, hope he recovers soon.

Any normal person after hearing that kind of news..(weather you knew the person or not)..would respond with some kind of sympathy right? Yeah one would think but, you can always count on one dunderhead to come out of the woodwork, and say something absolutely absurd..especially when the athlete is black!

This is what Jim Laslavic said, about a man fighting for his life, in a local hospital with serious head trauma.

"Hes the guy who was arrested five times, suspended by the league, before resigning with the Bengals two years ago"

What a horrible thing to say, about a man whose fighting to stay alive! Jim Laslavic should be ashamed of him self, that had nothing to do with the story.

I'm not suprised though this is the way, black athlete's are treated, by sports caster's all the time.
Had the news been out last year after the superbowl, concerning Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger rape charge. Jim Laslavic would have never mentioned it.

After Roethlisberger threw that great pass to win the game, could you imagine him saying the following.

"And in sports Ben Roethlisberger, threw the game winning touchdown pass, to beat the Arizona Cardnals to win the superbowl"...This is the same guy who was under investigation, on rape charges of a local women earlier this year"

Chris Henry is on his death bed and, what is he according to Jim Laslavic, nothing more then a common criminal. Shame on you Jim!..Thank you for ruining my trip to San Diego , what you said about Chris Henry, was really in bad taste!

Are police officer's ever wrong?

Now the answer to that burning question is obviously yes but, to many in both the media and police departments all over the country, the answer is no!
Joseph Thomas Jr (a black man) Chief of police at the southern field police department, was interviewed on KPBS The news hour with Jim Leher. His take was simply a matter of “Lack of training” Well i beg to differ Mr Thomas it wasn’t the lack of training that led to this incident, it was the lack of common sense that was the problem here. Common sense should have prevailed in this matter, sometimes what we are trained to do and, what we actually do in the field are always two different do’s.

Common sense goes further then any amount of training, you will ever receive in you life. We need to get away from the one size fits all approach to police work because, one size doesn’t fit all situations. Police officer’s all across the country receive months of training before hitting the streets but, the one thing they never seem to to learn is…HOW TO THINK!…Professor Gates should have never been arrested under those circumstances, it’s as simple as that!
Something tells me the police officer never gave Mr Gates, a chance to prove he lived in that house, call me stupid but thats what i think happened here. James Crowley the officer i question, heard a black man trying to break into a house on his radio and, it was on from there!

This is Boston Massachusetts we’re talking about here, the home of racial tension between black people and whites, and it has been that way for year’s and year’s…Lease we forget the case back in the 90’s, where a white women was murdered by her husband and, a black man was charged for her death. The police department went out of they’re way, to profile every black man in the city as a potential murderer.
James Crowley is an expert on racial profiling, he knows exactly how to profile black people when he approaches them, and he instructs his student’s to do the same.

Crowley:Hello sir can you tell me whats going on here?
We received a call that two black man, were trying to break into this house.

Mr Gates is already inside the house.

Gates: Oh no officer no one is trying to break in, that was me trying to get in, the door was jammed so i forced it open, this is my house here is my ID with the address to this house.

Crowley: ok sir let me take a look at that.
mean while Crowley can speak to the women who called the incident in, to verify Mr Gates was who she saw at the door trying to break into the home.

Crowley: Ok sir everything checks out we have no other evidence, that any other person was at this door and, since you are the legal resident of this house, you are free to go.
Crowley: Yeah dispatch everything is ok here, the person was the owner trying to get into his house. His ID confirms it his door was jammed so, he had to force his way way in. I’m code 4!

Thats the way it should have happened but, unfortunately it didn’t, when police officer’s in Bean town approach black people, they are suspects and nothing else. No matter what the facts are nor, how simple the case should be black people are guilty until proven innocent…and then we are still guilty.

Michael Jackson the begining of greatness!

Little Michael Jackson doing his thing on stage, with his brother’s in Indiana. The sign of a great entertainer is, the ability of said entertainer to take you back, every time you hear his music. I knew exactly where and what i was doing, when this concert was televised. The night this concert was being aired, i was working at the local pizzeria in my community. The streets were stone cold empty everyone (children & adult’s) were inside watching the Jackson5 on the tube. At the end of the show everyone was talking about little Michael!

Grown women were going out of they’re minds, all the girl’s had were going bonkers as well…No one was paying attention to me at all..lol DARN YOU MICHAEL!! Why did you have to be so cute, talented and famous!! Even my so called girlfriend had a picture of you on her wall, and not me!
That concert was the beginning of greatness, Michael Jackson was made of a different fiber, then the rest of us. When Allah created Michael he requested his greatest angel (Gabriell) to do the following, heres what he said to him.

“Gabriell go into the back room and, bring me whats on the table” Gabriell responded to Allah by saying. “Oh Allah whats on that table is the black bag, you have never used the contents of that bag, in any of your creations” What will become of your creation after using it?” Allah just said greatness!” “sit back and enjoy my creation who i will call Michael Jackson, their will never be another like him”

The mighty USS Midway home of the Raven's of VA-93, this in my opinion was the greatest aircraft carrier, the US Navy has ever had. Wow i can still remember that November morning, standing on the pier waiting for the ship to come in. We were out there waiting at 4:00am although, the ship wasn't scheduled to come in until 6:00am. Captain C.R.McGrail
a former racetrack announcer, who came up through the enlisted ranks, to become a Naval aviator and officer. "Good morning this is the Captain" That was the first thing we heard every morning at 5:00am on the 1-MC, man could that guy talk!...Hears the funniest thing i heard him say one morning. "Good morning this is the captain speaking" "It has been brought to my my attention, we are having trouble with the urinals clogging up" "Gentlemen if you are clogging up the urinals, you should go down to medical because, you are having other problems"
The guy in the sink next to me, almost cut himself shaving after hearing that, me i started cracking up until i couldn't breath...That was the kind of guy he was, a great commanding officer.

In January 31 1984 when he left the ship...Midway departing!... the 1-MC blared. I jumped out of my rack and wondered, what the heck was going on! Midway departing that couldn't be because, we were at sea at the time. Chuck McGrail had departed the Midway and, so did all the good times. We hardly heard anything from the new Captain after that, boy did things get boring around the ship, moral sucked big time too. Glad i transfered June of that same year!

Anyway theirs so much to say about the mighty Midway CV-41, now a museum in San Diego California. Going on board brought back so many memories all the cruises, the emergency pull out in the Philippines due to weather...I was just about to go into town when, liberty was suspended until further notice...Another time we pulled into Japan at 4:00am and, caught everyone by surprise, the crap hit the fan that night! Lets just say a lot of Navy wife's got caught, doing some things they shouldn't have been doing.

Flight quarters, flight quarters, all hands man your flight quarters stations! Oh boy another ten hours on the flight deck, launch all aircraft...run down and eat right quick...Back up on the flight deck for the recovery. Theirs lots of things i can discuss about the Midway but, it would take a life time to get done. So I've put together a nice thumbnail of pictures, for your enjoyment.

The Monterey Jazz Festival Presented by Verizon will once again celebrate the joy of jazz as it launches its fifty-second edition with a variety of legendary performers, American icons, and visionary new artists in weekend of jazz, blues, folk, and American song that has characterized the world-renowned event on the oak-studded and beautiful land of the Monterey Fairgrounds, the location of the Festival since its inception in 1958.

The 52nd Monterey Jazz Festival Presented by Verizon takes place
September 18 - 20, 2009.

The Arena/Jimmy Lyons Stage will be the focal point of the Festival, with a lineup that is a celebration of the past, present, and future of American music with multiple award-winning artists and special projects, including:

NEA Jazz Master Hank Jones with Grammy winning saxophonist Joe Lovano (MJF/52 Showcase Artist);
the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, led by 9-time Grammy-winning trumpeter Wynton Marsalis (MJF/52 Artists-In-Residence);
the Monterey Jazz Festival All-Stars featuring pianist Kenny Barron, violinist Regina Carter, vocalist Kurt Elling, and guitarist Russell Malone;
the gifted bassist and vocalist Esperanza Spalding; vocalist extraordinaire Dee Dee Bridgewater; the incomparable Grammy-winning pianist George Duke; the incendiary Jason Moran & The Bandwagon (MJF/52 Commission Artist);
and the highly-anticipated super-trio of 15-time Grammy winner and NEA Jazz Master, pianist Chick Corea with legendary bassist Stanley Clarke and fiery drummer Lenny White.

A celebration of strings will also be featured in the Arena with soulful roots/blues guitarist and vocalist, Susan Tedeschi; the American icon and folk music pioneer Pete Seeger; and the gospel- soaked baptismal blues of John Scofield and the Piety Street Band.

Special golden anniversary celebrations of classic and historic jazz recordings from 1959 will fill the Arena with Conrad Herwigs Latin Side All-Star Band
with special guests, the 5-time Grammy-winning trumpeter Randy Brecker and Joe Lovano, playing the music of Miles Davis and John Coltrane to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the beloved and influential jazz classics, Kind of Blue and Giant Steps.

NEA Jazz Master, living legend and pianist Dave Brubeck returns to the stages of Monterey for his 15th appearance to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his world-wide best selling and groundbreaking recording, Time Out.

The fruits of music education will also take center stage in the Arena, with the top high school big band -- selected at the Monterey Jazz Festivals Next Generation Festival (April 3 - 5, 2009) -- kicking off the Sunday Arena program, followed by MJFs own Next Generation Jazz Orchestra, featuring Wynton Marsalis and the top high school musicians in the country.

2009 ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE, SHOWCASE ARTIST AND COMMISSION ARTIST
In 2009, members of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra will serve as the Festivals Artists-In-Residence, with participation at the Next Generation Festival, April 3 - 5, 2009, the MJF Summer Jazz Camp in June 2009, and at MJF/52. Featured members of JALC members include saxophonist Sherman Irby, trumpeter Sean Jones, trombonist Vincent Gardner, drummer Ali Jackson, and the 9-time Grammy-winner and Pulitzer Prize recipient, trumpeter Wynton Marsalis. At MJF/52, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra will be performing both in the Arena and on the Grounds.

Grammy-winning saxophonist Joe Lovano will be the MJF/52 Showcase Artist, and will put in four different performances with a myriad of groups: as a co-leader with NEA Jazz Master Hank Jones, featuring bassist John Patitucci and drummer Brian Blade; in Mr. Patituccis Trio (also with Brian Blade); leading the intergenerational US5, with bassist Esperanza Spalding, pianist James Weidman, and drummers Francisco Mela and Otis Brown Jr.; and as a featured member of Conrad Herwigs Latin Side All-Star Band playing the music of Miles Davis and John Coltrane.

Pianist Jason Moran serves at the MJF/52 Commission Artist. Described by Rolling Stone magazine as “the most provocative thinker in current jazz," Morans piece, Feedback, will be debuted by his ensemble, The Bandwagon on the Arena stage, and the group will perform an additional set on the Grounds.

The longtime and growing tradition of Arena artists performing on the grounds is also unusually rich for MJF/52 -- patrons will be able to catch sets from Conrad Herwigs Latin Side All-Star Band, the Monterey Jazz Festival All-Stars featuring Kenny Barron, Regina Carter, Kurt Elling, and Russell Malone; Esperanza Spalding; John Scofield, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Joe Lovano with John Patitucci and Brian Blade; and Jason Moran & The Bandwagon on Grounds stages throughout the weekend.

MJF/52: DAY BY DAY

Friday, September 18 in the Arena will kick off MJF/52 with an extravaganza of talent -- starting off with the MJF debut of up-and- coming bassist and vocalist Esperanza Spalding; followed by the latest edition of the Monterey Jazz Festival All-Stars featuring pianist Kenny Barron, violinist Regina Carter, vocalist Kurt Elling, guitarist Russell Malone, bassist Kiyoshi Kitigawa and drummer Johnathan Blake. Closing the Arenas first evening is Conrad Herwigs explosive Latin Side All-Star Band featuring Randy Brecker and Joe Lovano, updating Miles Davis Kind of Blue and John Coltranes Giant Steps in honor of the 50th anniversary of their release.

Friday night on the Grounds, New Grooves comes back to Dizzys Den for 7th year. Kicking it off is the return of the deep soul of vocalist Lizz Wright, followed by breakout sensation Esperanza Spalding in her second set of the evening.

Across the pathway in the Night Club, the Scott Amendola Trio will get the venues evening of to a quirky bebop-oriented set, followed by the stellar John Patitucci Trio, featuring Joe Lovano and Brian Blade. Closing the Night Club will be Forro in the Dark, performing the Brazilian-folk dance music that has world-wide appeal.

On the outdoor Garden Stage, the Roger Eddy Group gets the music started with his West Coast-flavored jazz, followed by the straight- ahead 2009 Berklee-Monterey Quartet, a harbinger of future musical talent. Global Noize -- a mash-up project headed by keyboardist Jason Miles and DJ Logic -- closes out the Garden stage on an inclusive world music note.

In the Coffee House Gallery, fans will be treated to three sets from pianist Jonathan Batiste, the next generation of a New Orleans musical dynasty. In Lyons Lounge, DJ Vinnie Esparza will shake things up with an extended set of Salsa, Afro-Latin and Brazilian music.

Saturday, September 19 in the Arena features an afternoon of radically different guitar styles: John Scofield and the Piety Street Band opens the day with a sanctified set of New Orleans and Gospel-inflected blues, followed by American icon and visionary acoustic folk pioneer Pete Seeger in a very special and historic MJF debut.

Soulful blues guitarist and lauded vocalist Susan Tedeschi also debuts on Saturday to close the afternoon with another MJF first.

Saturday nights Arena program returns with three classic jazz acts -- starting the evening is the Joe Lovano and Hank Jones Quartet, featuring John Patitucci and Brian Blade; followed by vocalist, jazz ambassador, radio personality, and actress Dee Dee Bridgewater.

Closing the evening is the Jazz at Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, the Artists-In-Residence of MJF/52.

Saturday on the Grounds will get off to a rousing start with a wide variety of performers and styles on the Garden Stage, including a tribute to Charles Brown from pianist Martin Headman; the Texas blues of guitarist, vocalist and songsmith Ruthie Foster; the raucous and funky New Orleans All-Stars featuring Henry Butler and Cyrile Neville; the soul-pop of guitarist and vocalist Raul Midn; and the Afro- Brazilian funk of Wayne Wallace and Rhythm & Rhyme.

Dizzys Den will open on a Blue Note with an historical conversation with Blue Note label president, Bruce Lundvall and Mosaic Records founder and 3-time Grammy-winner, producer Michael Cuscuna. Journalist Dan Ouellette returns with his longtime MJF favorite, the DownBeat Blindfold Test -- this time with legendary pianist George Duke.

The Monterey Jazz Festival All-Stars with Kenny Barron, Regina Carter, Kurt Elling, and Russell Malone will put on their second show of the weekend, followed by the groove-oriented Soulive, featuring John Scofield. Closing out Dizzys will be Dee Dee Bridgewater, also her second appearance of the weekend.

Visitors in the intimate and dynamic Coffee House Gallery will be treated to three sets each of classic and progressive jazz from the Weber Iagos The Dhanyavad Project and the Peter Erskine and Alan Pasqua Trio.

In the Night Club
the day gets off to a youthful start with the top college vocal group from MJFs Next Generation Festival, followed by the Monterey Bay Jazz Orchestra. The evenings shows will simmer with the Cuban and Latin jazz of the Rodriguez Brothers, the burnin post-bop trumpet of Ambrose Akinmusire (a former MJF Next Generation Jazz Orchestra member) and regale in a special tribute from Conrad Herwigs Latin Side All-Star Band, playing the music of Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter.

On the other end of the grounds in Lyons Lounge, DJ Vinnie Esparza will pump out a second extended set of Soul-jazz, Afro-Latin and Brazilian music in what has become an ongoing tradition (now in its third year at MJF) in pushing the musical envelope.

Sunday, September 20th
The Arena reflects MJF's 52-year support of jazz education with the top high school big band from the Next Generation Festival, followed by followed by MJFs own Next Generation Jazz Orchestra, featuring Wynton Marsalis and the top high school musicians in the country. The Grammy-winning George Duke closes the afternoon set.

Sunday night celebrates Three Generations of Pianists, with the premiere of the MJF/52 Commission piece, Feedback and set from Jason Moran & The Bandwagon, followed by the incomparable Dave Brubeck Quartet as they celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Brubecks groundbreaking recording Time Out.

Capping off the Arenas Sunday program is the highly-anticipated super- trio Corea, Clark & White. Featuring former Return to Forever members the 15-time Grammy winner and NEA Jazz Master, pianist Chick Corea, trendsetting bassist and Grammy winner Stanley Clarke, and influential drummer and Grammy winner Lenny White, the MJF/52 Arena program will end on a highly eclectic and electric note.

Sunday will be no less eclectic on the Grounds. The Night Club will host the top eight student groups from MJFs Next Generation Festival, with the evenings concerts featuring the pianist and NEA Jazz Master Toshiko Akiyoshi/Lew Tabackin Quartet, followed by Jason Moran & The Bandwagon.

Dizzys Den
Feature an afternoon of jazz education and music, with a conversation with NEA Jazz Master Toshiko Akiyoshi, hosted by journalist Yoshi Kato, followed by a Jazz Journalists Association panel entitled Jazzand the DJs Who Played the Records. Dizzys Den will enjoy an evening of jazz stardom with shows from Joe Lovano leading US5, with bassist Esperanza Spalding, pianist James Weidman, and drummers Francisco Mela and Otis Brown Jr. The closing show in Dizzys Den will feature the Jazz at Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis.

The outdoor Garden Stage
The top college big band from the Next Generation Festival, followed by master trumpeter, Scotty Barnhart. Cuban pianist Alfredo Rodriguez will close out the afternoons Garden Stage. The evening shows will subvert the norm with the debut of Buffalo Collision, a collective-improv supergroup featuring pianist Ethan Iverson and drummer Dave King of the Bad Plus, with New York downtown improvising legends saxophonist Tim Berne and cellist Hank Roberts. The Shotgun Wedding Quintet will bring their own contemporary take on the acoustic tradition with a blend of hip-hop and jazz to end the evening.

DJ Logic
Take a turn in Lyons Lounge with an extended evening set, and the Coffee House Gallery will host the Terrence Brewer Trio for two sets of boss guitar; a clinic with the 2009 Berklee-Monterey Quartet, followed by two sets from the visionary pianist, the Vijay Iyer Trio.

All weekend long in the evening, Lyons Lounge at the end of Lyons Lane will pulse with Samba, Afro-Cuban, funk and Soul-jazz sounds of Vinnie Esparza (Friday and Saturday) and DJ Logic (Sunday) -- both DJs are returning for encore performances. Lyons Lounge and Lyons Lane are named in honor of MJF founder Jimmy Lyons. The Lounge will again offer fans a hip jazz club to chill out on the north end of the Grounds, departing from the acoustic offerings of the Festival.

Also on the Grounds, a companion exhibit in the Coffee House Gallery celebrates the 70th anniversary of Blue Note Records, entitled Somethin' Else:
The Art of Blue Note Records, which showcases the iconic photography of Francis Wolff combined with the classic Blue Note record designs by Reid Miles. The art of over thirty classic albums will be displayed in what will be a visual feast of landmark graphic design from the worlds most celebrated jazz label.

In addition, Blue Note recording artists will have a strong presence at MJF/52 with Artist-In-Residence Wynton Marsalis, Showcase Artist Joe Lovano, and Commission Artist Jason Moran. In what has become a signature MJF welcome, Sue Downs will be performing on the Yamaha Disklavier on the Courtyard Stage, at the entrance of the Festival grounds.

The Jazz Theater
Show simulcasts of the Arena shows all weekend long in the 900- seat venue. In addition, there will also be special film screenings of the Ralph J. Gleason presentation, The Anatomy of Vince Guaraldi, the official documentary authorized by the Guaraldi family about the influential and popular West Coast pianist, hosted by Toby Gleason (Saturday); and Music Is My Life, Politics My Mistress: The Story of Oscar Brown Jr. about the American singer, songwriter, playwright, poet, and civil rights activist, presented by director and producer, donnie l. betts (Sunday).

Police officer accused of killing romantic rival in 1986

Welcome to the Yousef El-amin lounge, we're here in the VIP room. Today we have a very interesting story to share with you. It's about something you very rarely see in our society today, especially in Los Angeles California. Whats that you ask? Well it's police officer's investigating and, actually arresting one of they're own!
Now i know what your thinking, they just arrested Peterson on murder charges, hes a police officer a former police chief too. Thats why i used the word rarely, it happens but, it's far few and in between when it does.

Stephine Lazarus 49 a 25 year veteran police officer, was arrested recently for the 1986 Murder of Sherri Rae Rasmussen. Now what makes this story so amusing is that, Sherri was the wife of Stephies former lover....Can anyone say Lisa Nowak...— A NASA astronaut accused of trying to kidnap a romantic rival for a space shuttle pilot's affections was charged with attempted first-degree murder. Nowak drove 900 miles, donned a disguise and was armed with a BB gun and pepper spray when she confronted a woman she believed was a competitor for the affections of Navy Cmdr. William Oefelein, an unmarried fellow astronaut. Oh yeah wasn't she caught wearing a diaper too? 900 miles that diaper must have been full, i wonder who had the honor, of pulling that bad boy off her behind!!

Anyway, Stephie murders her lovers wife 23 year ago, why did it take so long to catch this women? It took 23 year's because, they were spending they're time looking for a man!!
New analysis of DNA from the crime scene revealed that the suspected killer was female and not male, as investigators previously suspected. Bratton said cold case detectives used surreptitious means to gather current DNA samples from Lazarus, but he did not elaborate.

This reminds me of a police action, i once witnessed in the bay area. Police were called to the scene of a 10-32..man with a gun...The cop's rush in and as usual, make all the male's lay face down on the pavement. Mean while all the females were allowed, to just stand on the side unattended. Now what made the whole scene so hilarious yet disturbing, was that one of the women who they left unattended, just got in her car and simply drove away. Now we can see why it took so long, to catch this women. In todays society we refuse to acknowledge that, WOMEN ARE CRIMINAL'S TOO!...They lie cheat and steal, they assault maim and murder and every now and then, they get caught.
When are we going to stop giving women a free pass, when it comes to crime? Case after case all over the country, women are being let off the hook, for the mischief they cause.
Hey don't take my word for it, just stop into your local criminal court! Don't worry it's free all you have to do is, get pass the metal detector machine...leave the gun's and, your drug of choice at home, make sure your sober too. Walk right into any criminal courtroom and, enjoy the show.

See how many women are standing before a judges, i can tell you right now you won't see many on any given day! Yet when you look around your local community, you find women acting crazy all over the place...and getting away with it too!...Slapping children around at mall's not to mention, committing all sorts of domestic crimes, that men get arrested for on the drop of a hat. I once saw a women walk up to a man and, bash him over the head with a baseball bat yet, when the cop's got there they arrested him...Go figure!!! Check this out heres what her explanation was as to why she committed this criminal act. "He called me a -B-earlier and i didn't like it"

I guess that was reason enough to crack his skull, the police must have felt the same way because, she wasn't charge with a crime, she was allowed to go on her marry way. Lets see how many crimes he would have been charged with, had he smashed her head in with that bat.

1. Assault.
2. Assault & battery
3. Assault with a deadly weapon.
4. Assault with intent to kill
5. Attempted murder
6. Domestic violence...although it happened outside they're domicile.

Now thats to name a few and, most of those are felony's! A man would be looking at many years in prison on just one of the above charges, even if it's his first offense it wouldn't matter. Men can even get long prison terms or probation, for merely yelling at a women. How many women you know that would be locked up for doing that? Lets say it altogether none!
It took 23 years for authorities to find this women, and the funny thing is, she was standing right there in front of them the whole time.

Stephanie Ilene Lazarus, 49, was on duty Friday morning when she was arrested in the Los Angeles Police Department's downtown headquarters in the slaying of Sherri Rae Rasmussen.

I wonder what that scene was like? They must have made her partner do the honors, hey Stephine i know your my partner and all but, put your hand's behind your back, your under arrest! Wonder if they slammed her face into the ground, wonder if they pulled they're guns out on her, wonder if they teased her, wonder if they pulled a Rodney King job on her, wonder if they threw her in the lock up, with her uniform on?

Ellie Krieger my favorite food network chef, shes by far the finest female chef, on the entire network. Eating is something i like doing but, cooking is a bit of a chore for me...Don't get me wrong, cooking is fun too! However when I'm in the kitchen, the dishes don't always turn out that great. Let me put it this way...If your at my house you will never go hungry, it may not taste good but, your belly will be full.

One of my Navy Buddie's was in town visiting and, he called to surprise me. "Hey Yousef whats up it's me Hakeem, me and my wife are in town, can we come over and pay you a visit?" "We haven't seen you in some time, hows things going?
Wow you talking about being surprised, i haven't seen them since 1988, 21 years has gone by already?

Well it's been a long time as it turns out, my friend Hakeem has had six kid's since then, he and his wife had none when we met, on the USS Midway in 1982.
We feel out of touch for a while so, when i got the call i was thrown aback just a tad. The first question that popped into my head was...what am i going to feed all these people, on such short notice?
Think Yousef think what did you see Hakeem eating while on board, what did he say his favorite meal was?...Got it!! Mac & cheese during a discussion we had in the galley, he once told me he loves Mac & cheese. But I'm not a great cook, i need help and fast. Who can i turn to?

To the computer i ran and, i pulled up her website. Oh please have a mac & cheese recipe there, thats easy to make. I don't want to embarrass myself, in front a friend i haven't seen in over 21 years, let me at least appear to know how to cook...lol
Wham!! There it was a great Mac & cheese recipe that, can even make me look like an expert in the kitchen...But can i really make this happen?

Macaroni and Four Cheeses

Ingredients

cooking spray
16 ounce(s) pasta, elbow macaroni, (1 box)
20 ounce(s) squash, winter, frozen pureed (2 packages)
2 cup(s) milk, lowfat (1%)
1 1/3 cup(s) cheese, cheddar, grated, extra-sharp (4 oz.)
2/3 cup(s) cheese, Monterey Jack, grated (2 oz.)
1/2 cup(s) cheese, ricotta, low-fat
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard, dry
1/8 teaspoon pepper, cayenne
2 tablespoon bread crumbs, fine, dry
2 tablespoon cheese, Parmesan, freshly grated
1 teaspoon oil, olive

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook the macaroni according the package directions. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Meanwhile, place the frozen squash and milk in a large saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally and breaking up the squash with a spoon until it is defrosted. Turn the heat up to medium and cook until the mixture is almost simmering, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cheddar, jack cheese, ricotta, salt, mustard, and cayenne. Pour this mixture over the macaroni and stir to combine.

Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the macaroni and cheese. Bake until the cheeses are bubbling around the edges, about 20 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes so the top is crisp and nicely browned.

Here we go list of ingredients. What do i need and, what do i have on hand?

1. Elbow macaroni...Yes but not enough, send my son to the store.

2. Monterey jack...Yes need more though.

3. Ricotta low fat cheese...Nope need that too.

4. Cheddar extra sharp...Yes but it's not extra sharp, wonder if plain ole sharp will do?

5. Squash pureed...Nope not since i was a baby, thats a must get why? Because Ellie says so!

6. Bread crumbs...Yes just happen to have some laying around.

7. Olive oil...Oh yeah i have plenty of that!

8. Cayenne pepper...Yep!

9. Salt...No problem regular and sea salt is on my shelve.

10. One % milk...Nope i only have two % milk. Can i get by with that? We'll see!

11. Parmesan...Have to get some rats!!

12. Dry mustard...Whats that? The only mustard i have is wet.

We fast forward a few hours the guest are here. Mac & cheese dinner is in the oven. Man it's great to see my old friend and his wife again, 21 years makes for a few changes around the waist, if you know what i mean...but thats another story...Mac & cheese, salad, Ginger ale and banana splits...another one of his favorites...for dessert now thats a great dinner!

Dinner is out of the oven i let it sit for awhile, Oooh about 15 minutes or maybe. Now the moment of truth it's time to eat...will they like it?...We dig in things looking good so far, they don't have that yikes look on they're faces, not even the kid's. Fast forward again and, theirs not one bite left of the Mac & cheese by dinners end.

For those of you that are thinking, this is the best person, Obama could have chosen for the job your wrong. If you think she was chosen because of her credential's, you would be wrong yet again. Lastly...for you young-un's out there...If you think he choose her because, shes a hottie, your really, really wrong there!!
No Sonia Sotomayor was chosen for two reasons and, those two reasons alone!! POLITICAL CORRECTNESS/POLITICAL PAYBACK!

Ya know politics is a very dirty business. In order to get what you want and, where you would like to go, you'll have to make some dirty deals along the way.
Shhhhhh!... you can't tell anyone though...Anyway it's not a matter of win or lose, it's all about how you play the game.

"Oh yeah theirs another little benefit for doing this, since shes a women, we can keep them happy as well" Thats what he said in that meeting...i was the little fly on the wall...C-mon people everyone knows, this choice is nothing more then a p/c pay back pick. Obama will do anything to keep female voter's happy, on mother's day he talked about dead beat dad's! That made his female voter's mighty happy, wonder what hes going to talk about on father's day?...surely it's not going to be dead beat mom's! Political correctness is the way to go these day's, not only in politics but in everyday life as well.

I'm not particularly upset with his choice but, with all the talent out there I'm sure, he could have broaden the pool of applicants. Had he propped up an all male list of choices, every women's group in the country would have had what i call a...that time of the month fit!
Everything Obama will do during his presidency, especially when it comes to choosing people, will be base entirely on political correctness. Sorry if you think hes sitting around pondering over who to choose here and, who to choose there. California high court upholds gay marriage ban

Now this is one shocking development, stunning you might even say UNBELIEVABLE!!
California is one of the most liberal state's in the country, if not the entire world. I thought for sure California would shoot this ban down, wow this is a jaw dropper! Well where doses California go from here?
The gay community isn't feeling to good right about now, lots of serious boo-hoo-wing going on, all over the state. What we'll have to ask ourselves as straight Californians is this...Will this be the last we hear of this issue? Well i would hope so but the answer is NO! Putting this issue back on the ballet, is already in the works as we speak. We here in the great state of California, will be saddled with this until it gets passed, either by the people or the state supreme court it self.

Their are at the moment 29 states, with constitutional bans on same sex marriage, restricting marriage to one man and one women...AS IT SHOULD BE...Those 29 states will never have to rehear this issue because, it stands constitutional muster. If the constitution of that state says gay marriage isn't allowed, then theirs nothing the gay community can do about it...period!!
Now on the other hand their are states, that make no constitutional statement on the gay marriage issue, California being one of then. Since thats the case the gay marriage issue, will become an albatross around the necks of those states.

Vote after vote, after vote. Law suite after law suite, after law suite. Argument after argument, after argument. Protest after protest, after protest. The country will never hear an end to this, until someone finally says...OK ALREADY YOU CAN GET MARRIED!!
Are their law's that need to be struck down? You bet but this isn't one of them, I'm glad the supreme court of California, thought clearly on this one. Now my only concern is, will they continue to think this way because, this fight is far from over.

You talk about being shocked!

Imagine this your wife is expecting you take to the Doctor, she has an ultrasound that reveals, shes having twin's. Shes happy your happy, everyone you know is happy in fact. Theirs enough happiness in your house, to make the entire world happy! During the pregnancy shes eating right, your eating right, the babies life is being mapped out...before it's even born.
Cribs strollers clothing pampers, tons of Gerber's baby food, ice cream pickles chocolate. Late night craving runs..Oh honey can you go out, and get me a snickers bar?...Yeah but it's 2:00am and, the only store that is open is in Seattle....(and you live in California)...Whatever she needs you run out and get because, shes your babies momma!!

The anticipation of the babies birth, gets stronger with each passing day. Both of you sit around practicing speaking baby...goo goo ga ga...oooh look at you, your so cute yes you are!!...The madness around your house has just begun, baby showers arguments over whose going to name the baby...not to mention what the babies are going to be named...You her and everyone in your extended family, will come to blows over that.
Her belly is getting bigger and bigger, shes now at the point where, she can't even turn over in bed, let alone get out of it.

Ouch! she says your immediate reaction is, HONEY YOU OK ?! IS IT THAT TIME?!! Relax baby I'm fine i only hit my finger on the coffee table, theirs no need to panic Leroy calm down!
The bags are packed and, the car is full of petrol. Your as nervous as a person, getting called into his bosses office these day's. You don't know what to do with yourself, shes fast asleep and, your pacing the floor back and forth. Things are so bad that, your keeping the coffee industry afloat , all by your lonesome...if you can only get some sleep, you'll be fine you tell your self.

Finally the big day is here!! HONEY MY WATER JUST BROKE!! You grab a mope D'oh! no not that! The suite case car keys, you even remember to crab her...and out the door you go. Tags six months over due on the car, tail lights are out, windshield is cracked...and to top things off, you don't have any car insurance. PLEASE GOD DON'T LET ME GET PULLED OVER!!
100 miles per hour down the road you go, your flying towards the hospital. You finally get there and all in one piece too.
The Nurses check her in, while your left standing in the lobby, again pacing back and forth across the hospital floor. You can't wait until this is all over, you spend the next eight hours wishing for sleep. Your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier but, you refuse to fall.

Doctor comes down to inform you that, your the proud papa of twins. Man are you glad thats over, you can finally get some rest, momma and baby are doing fine.
Visitor's start rolling in family friend's even total stranger's, everyone wants to see the baby. Now your home and all is good, the only thing you worry about now is, eat sleep poop and cry. Now i know what your thinking, why am i piling on Miss California i mean, shes being allowed to keep her crown right? Well thats not why I'm doing this, the reason I'm smacking her upside her head, is because. SHES A STONE COLD HYPOCRITE!!
Yeah i said it and like her, i don't care who hates me for saying it! But unlike her I'm going to continue to say it, now and forever! Miss California is nothing but a hypocrite plain and simple!!

What do you mean the photographer made me do it or, the reason my nipple was showing was because my wardrobe malfunctioned...Or even it was a windy day and, the weather caused it. Heres what you should have said Miss California. Yes it was all me i took the picture's and, liked what i saw in the end. Everything was done with my approval and no one elses...period!!!
The weather nor anything or anybody, was was responsible for my behavior.

Thats what you should have said but you didn't Miss California so, as a result of your dishonesty. YOU GET NO LOVE FROM ME! If the media rips you a new one on this, it would be ok with me. You deserve very bit, of they are going to throw at you, is their anyone out there who feels sorry for her? These are the things that happen to you, when your dishonest!!
Good things comes to those that tell the truth well, thats what we are taught but, thats not whats entirely true...Sometimes telling the truth brings great pain and discomfort...I know that was the way it was in my home growing up. Anyway as far as I'm concerned Miss California, you are a disgrace in my eye's. You lost all your credibility with me when, you didn't take responsibility for taking those pictures. "Oh the photographer wasn't suppose to release those picture's" So i guess you took those picture's just for the photographers pleasure...most people take picture's of themselves, so that other's can see them Miss California. Thats what you did so, Own up to it Miss California! And maybe just maybe, you can get your credibility back with me!!
